Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or KPI-driven environment.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, fair hiring practices, and data privacy.
• Experience recruiting engineering or technical roles across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with hiring managers.
• Hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with multiple vacancies and deadlines management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to define needs.
• Recruit across engineering and technical roles and understand market challenges.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases for current and future roles.
• Create and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn, JobStreet, portals.
• Develop sourcing strategies via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Track performance with weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring updates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
