In this role, you will lead a team, establish sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, and 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, including supervisory experience. This role requires strong understanding of employment regulations and proficiency in MS Office. Fieldwork may also be involved.

Formación

• 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Willing to undertake fieldwork.
