Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build talent pipelines using approved portals, databases, social platforms, and internal networks.
• Assessment: Conduct competency-based, behavioral, and basic technical interviews.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in all official systems and prepare candidate profiles.
• Delivery: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity expectations and manage operational risks.
• Client Experience: Manage candidate relationships with clear, timely, and respectful communication.
