Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced Manila environment.

You will source candidates across job boards and social networks, conduct interviews, evaluate fit, and provide timely hiring updates to management. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS or head-hunting tools will be advantageous as you manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Experience in candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PPT).
• Familiarity with ATS, other sourcing platforms, headhunting, executive search is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
