The role collaborates with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and build a robust candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing techniques, while maintaining the ATS with candidate status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Detail-oriented and organized; proactive and able to work independently.
