Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for headquarters and assigned functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across functions and levels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and platforms.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, funnel, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Lead campus recruitment and internship hiring initiatives with university partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external agencies when needed.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
