Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives across diverse business functions. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution of the full hiring cycle, coupled with strong talent attraction strategies.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, and drive improvements in sourcing, candidate experience, and metrics across corporate and operational functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Experience handling high-volume or multiple recruitment requirements is highly preferred.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking.
• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or talent attraction initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress and hiring activities.
• Lead initiatives focused on talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment requirements across both corporate and operational functions.
