Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with leadership of teams or large programs.
• Experience in strategic and hands-on recruitment management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment technology, and talent market practices.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and operational requirements.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish job requirements and effective selection criteria.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for critical roles and high-volume hiring.
