The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving the organization’s hiring success by managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This position is essential in ensuring that the company attracts, engages, and secures top talent aligned with business needs and culture.
In periods of high hiring demand, the TA Specialist will focus heavily on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles. As hiring volume stabilizes or declines, the role will evolve to take on a broader scope, including strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing recruitment strategies, and supporting key administrative functions within the HR team.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer discussion/management
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Support recruitment reporting, analytics, and process improvements
Transition into administrative and HR support functions as hiring demand decreases, ensuring continued operational efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably handling end-to-end hiring
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and shift focus from high-volume hiring to administrative and support tasks as needed
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate insights
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
