• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate start dates and onboarding activities with Hiring Managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and Personnel Action Notices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers regarding manpower requirements.
