Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate (Onboarding) is responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. This role ensures that new hires have all the necessary resources, tools, and information to integrate successfully into the company. The position involves coordinating with multiple departments, handling documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including employee handbooks, company policies, and benefits information.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and department heads to ensure new hires have access to email, system credentials, and workstations before their start date.
- Ensure new hires complete required documentation such as contracts, government mandated forms, and company-specific agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for new hires in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns during their first months.
- Gather feedback from new hires regarding the onboarding experience, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all onboarding documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding new hire documentation and onboarding practices.
- Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely enrollment of new employees in company benefits programs.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to relevant stakeholders, encompassing new hire listings and all necessary details.
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Onboarding or Recruitment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
