Job summary

BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS in Metro Manila is seeking a Systems & Projects Officer to develop, manage, and continuously review HR systems that support HR’s operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The role will perform HRIS administration, manage and implement projects to meet deadlines, develop change management strategies to boost engagement, analyze business processes to improve HR efficiency, and provide timely technical support to HR employees.

Responsibilities

• 1. Perform system administration tasks for all HRIS to provide improvements and solutions on issues encountered
• 2. Manage and implement projects based on the timeline set by program owners
• 3. Develop change management strategy to increase engagement and improve employee experience
• 4. Analyze business processes and raise proposals to improve HR’s operational efficiency
• 5. Provides technical support to HR employees in a timely manner
