Private Advertiser is seeking an HRIS Supervisor to oversee the Human Resources Information System, ensuring data accuracy and smooth HR processes across departments. The role involves supervising HRIS activities, supporting system improvements, and coordinating with Payroll, HR, and IT to maintain reliable data management.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, 3–5 years in HRIS/HR operations, and be comfortable working onsite in Makati.
The HRIS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, and reliable system operations. This role supervises HRIS-related activities, supports system improvements and integrations, and works closely with HR, IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate HR data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and capable of managing HRIS operations while providing timely support to employees and the management.
1. Supervise and manage day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee information.
2. Maintain and update employee records, organizational structures, employee movements, and other HR-related data in the system.
3. Oversee HRIS processes related to employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, attendance, and separation.
4. Monitor HRIS transactions and ensure that processes are completed accurately and within established timelines.
5. Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and other workforce-related data required by management.
6. Coordinate with Payroll, HR, IT, and other departments to resolve HRIS-related issues and ensure seamless data flow.
7. Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes, workflows, and system functionality.
8. Assist in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and integration projects.
9. Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
10.Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information and HR data.
11. Provide technical and functional support to HR users and employees regarding HRIS concerns.
12. Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for technical issues when necessary.
13. Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
14. Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to HRIS team members.
15. Perform other HRIS-related duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a similar role, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS systems.
Experience in maintaining employee data, generating HR reports, and performing data audits.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Willing to work onsite in Chino Roces, Makati City.
Must be available to start immediately
