Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in systems administration, application support, or IT systems management.
• Experience with enterprise applications and databases; familiarity with ERP/retail/property systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support business systems, enterprise applications, and databases.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user concerns promptly.
• Manage user access, configurations, and security controls per standards.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, enhancements, and upgrades.
