Job summary

One Php Technology is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to support the successful rollout of HRIS for clients in the Philippines. You will collaborate with clients to understand HR processes, gather and migrate data, configure modules, and deliver training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR/Training experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proficiency with timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in HR and/or Training, preferably with HRIS implementation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient knowledge of timekeeping and attendance processes.
• Experience with HRIS, data migration, or software implementation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions based on client requirements
• Configure system modules, workflows, policies, and settings according to agreed requirements
• Conduct system testing and validation before deployment
• Identify implementation issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution
• Conduct onboarding activities, including client meetings, requirements gathering, and process discussions
• Review existing HR policies, procedures, and workflows and determine how these can be translated into the HRIS
• Document client requirements, configurations, and implementation processes
• Assist with the collection, preparation, validation, and migration of employee and HR-related data
• Conduct system training and demonstrations for clients and end users
• Provide support in troubleshooting system and configuration concerns

About the role

The HRIS Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for clients. The role works closely with clients to understand their HR processes, gather and migrate data, configure system requirements, review HR policies and workflows, and provide training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. The position also serves as a subject matter resource on HRIS functionality, HR processes, and system administration.
