Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Information System Administrator to maintain HRIS data integrity, ensure system performance, and provide stakeholder support in an onsite setup at Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran Parañaque.

You will optimize HRIS processes, support user acceptance testing, handle HRIS modules, generate reports, and create user guides while ensuring SLAs and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an HRIS or HR systems role.
• A focus on data accuracy and data integrity.
• Clear, articulate English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System optimization and enhancements: gather requirements, support UAT, and identify HRIS improvements.
• Technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS across modules in collaboration with IT and Applications teams.
• Data and system administration tasks: schedules, cost centers, bank details, onboarding resets, and data imports.
• Reporting and documentation: generate people data reports and maintain configurations and troubleshooting docs.
• Enablement and customer service: create Quick Reference Guides and manage client SLAs.
• Compliance: adhere to company policies and participate in PDR processes.
