Core responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Communicate with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Provide regular updates to management on supply chain performance and issues.
