Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize resource use, and ensure SOPs are followed across projects.

You will coordinate with departments, develop scheduling systems, monitor timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-growing BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in operations management or a related role.
• Experience in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proficiency with scheduling software and other operational tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of services and projects.
• Monitor resource allocation, optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that operations align with business goals and client requirements.
• Develop and manage efficient scheduling systems for staff, equipment, and other resources.
• Monitor service delivery timelines, ensuring projects and services are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust resources as needed to meet changing operational demands.
• Draft comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize operations across the organization.
• Oversee the implementation of new processes, ensuring all team members are trained and equipped to follow the SOPs.
• Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business needs, industry regulations, or best practices.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with established SOPs, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or opportunities for improvement.
