• Min 5 years previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service roles for luxury brands and goods.
• Successful track record in developing and managing sales partnerships.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Core responsibilities:

• Upload new products to the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as needed.
• Process orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment center for order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies for an online partnership and reward program to engage and incentivise customers.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant online platforms, influencers, and brands to enhance program visibility and reach.
• Design and manage a rewards structure that offers appealing incentives to customers for their loyalty and engagement.
• Monitor program performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the partnership and reward offerings.
