Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or College graduate with relevant experience in slots operations.
• Experience as Slot Supervisor or Slot Attendant is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall condition, cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the assigned gaming area, including slot machines, workstations, and facilities.
• Ensure slot machines and equipment are operational; monitor errors or irregularities and handle payouts, credits, jackpots, and related transactions.
• Supervise Slots Attendants, ensuring proper stationing, performance, and compliance with responsibilities.
• Assist players and employees, resolve concerns within limits, and promote a positive gaming experience.
• Monitor and report jackpots, suspicious activities, lost and found items, machine issues, and other floor irregularities to management.
• Conduct coaching and mentoring, disseminate promotional information, and perform related duties as assigned.

JOB BRIEF

• The Supervisor, Slots is responsible for overseeing Slots Attendant & Gaming Floor within their assigned pit/area to achieve highest standards of efficiency. Sets high expectations and provides positive examples necessary to create a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. Ensures that all Slot Assistant are in the right place and no grouping in their assigned pit/area and fulfilling their job. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area to provide a better gaming experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversees the overall condition, cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the assigned gaming area, including slot machines, workstations, and facilities.

• Ensures slot machines and equipment are operational, monitors errors or irregularities, and handles authorized payouts, credits, jackpots, and related transactions.

• Supervises Slots Attendants, ensuring proper stationing, performance, and compliance with assigned responsibilities.

• Assists players and employees, resolves concerns and conflicts within authorized limits, and promotes a positive gaming experience.

• Monitors and reports jackpots, suspicious activities, lost and found items, machine issues, and other floor irregularities to management.

• Conducts coaching and mentoring, disseminates promotional information, recommends qualified players for membership upgrades, and performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or College graduate with at least 1 year of experience as a Slot Supervisor or 5 years of experience as a Slot Attendant

• Previous experience in slot operations and knowledgeable in basic computer usage

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Physically able to stand and walk for prolonged periods (6-8 hours) to assist players as needed

• Able to work in environments with secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights
