Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. is seeking a diligent technician to perform daily repair and maintenance of slot machines, electronic tables, shufflers, and related equipment on the casino floor.

The role includes identifying malfunctions, monitoring play for fairness, and ensuring all devices and displays are secure and well-maintained. Candidate will maintain logs, report issues to the Slot Tech Supervisor, follow safety procedures, and uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all

Responsibilities

• Takes charge for daily repair and maintenance of slot machines, table electronics, gaming shufflers and related equipment on casino floor.
• Identifies slot electronic malfunctions and performs necessary repairs.
• Monitors slot machines and tables to ensure fair and legal play.
• Maintains slot signage, logos and displays in good working order.
• Updates and records maintenance in the machine logbook or maintenance record.

Job description

• Takes charge for the daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, table electronic, gaming shufflers and related equipment on the casino floor
  
• Identifies slot electronic malfunction
  
• Monitors slot machines & tables on the floor ensuring a fair and legal play.
  
• Ensures all slot machines are secured
  
• Monitors all repairs through the slot logbook or maintenance record.
  
• Fills up the machine log whenever the EGM need to be opened.
  
• Maintains slot signage and progressive displays, proper clean and in good working condition.
  
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
  
• Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor regarding any slot machines issues.
  
• Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor prior operate in any EGM, Signage or Casino Link systems.
  
• Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  
• Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correctly, follows company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieves a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction
  
• Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company's rules and regulations.
  
• Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty.
  
• Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications.
