Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. is looking for a guest service associate to support guests and staff on the gaming floor. You will greet guests, explain game rules, and help with machine payouts while ensuring machines work smoothly and safely.

You will walk the floor, address guest concerns quickly, report issues to technicians, and uphold high standards of professionalism in a vibrant resort environment in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with machines, give directions, and share information about events and services.
• Explain how games work, including payouts and jackpots.
• Assist with machine payouts following department guidelines.
• Report safety issues, rude or intoxicated guests, or cheating immediately.
