Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, retail, hospitality, gaming, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is an advantage.

JOB BRIEF

The Bingo Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the floor and ensure operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. He/she will supervise the personnel, monitor operational performance, implement process improvements, and support the Operations Manager in achieving business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of employees to ensure efficient operations.
