Job summary

Solaire Resort in Manila seeks a dedicated Slot Machine Technician to oversee daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, electronic tables, shufflers and related equipment on the casino floor. You will identify malfunctions, secure machines, and keep accurate maintenance records to ensure smooth, fair gameplay.

You will monitor operations, report issues to the Slot Tech Supervisor, keep signage and displays in good condition, and perform duties with professionalism, adhering to company

• Takes charge for the daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, table electronic, gaming shufflers and related equipment on the casino floor.
• Identifies slot electronic malfunctions and coordinates repairs.
• Monitors slot machines & tables on the floor ensuring a fair and legal play.
• Ensures all slot machines are secured and maintained to standard.
• Maintains slot signage and progressive displays, clean and in good working condition.
• Updates oneself and follows security, fire and safety procedures according to Company rules.
• Interacts with department and company employees professionally to foster rapport and teamwork.

Job Description

• Takes charge for the daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, table electronic, gaming shufflers and related equipment on the casino floor
  
• Identifies slot electronic malfunction
  
• Monitors slot machines & tables on the floor ensuring a fair and legal play.
  
• Ensures all slot machines are secured
  
• Monitors all repairs through the slot logbook or maintenance record.
  
• Fills up the machine log whenever the EGM need to be opened.
  
• Maintains slot signage and progressive displays, proper clean and in good working condition.
  
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
  
• Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor regarding any slot machines issues.
  
• Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor prior operate in any EGM, Signage or Casino Link systems.
  
• Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  
• Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correctly, follows company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieves a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction
  
• Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company's rules and regulations.
  
• Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty.
  
• Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications.
