Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college graduate.
• Experience in a casino slots environment is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with slot machine operations, player cards, cash-outs, manual payouts, and gaming inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Promote player engagement through member recruitment, rewards program education, and promotion awareness.
• Monitor gaming floor operations by ensuring machines are functioning properly and reporting issues or suspicious activities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure gaming environment while complying with operational policies and procedures.
