Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to expand our Study Abroad business across India and beyond. The role involves generating student leads, building partnerships with colleges, coaching centres, and educational consultants, and driving enrolments.

Available as Full-Time (Fixed Salary + Incentives) or Freelance (Commission-based earnings) with training and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Business Development in Education and Student Recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Smartphone and internet access are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Study Abroad division.
• Generate student leads through field activities, referrals, networking, and local partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching centres, educational institutions, and referral partners.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings with prospective partners and students.
• Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure seamless student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and partners.
