Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify opportunities across international markets and build strategic partnerships.

You will engage with corporate clients, investors, and referral partners to understand financing needs and tailor advisory solutions. This fully remote role requires excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to work with international clients during London/UK business hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, Banking, or Financial Services encouraged.
• Strong interest in business development, financial services, and international business.
• Good understanding of basic financial concepts; familiarity with financial statements is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, results-driven, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and engage with international clients.
• French language proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on London/UK business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Generate, prospect, and qualify potential corporate clients and strategic business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, and referral partners.
• Conduct initial client discussions to understand business requirements and financing needs.
• Promote financial advisory, trade finance, working capital, debt advisory, and capital-raising solutions.
• Manage the business development pipeline, ensuring consistent prospecting and client follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate potential transactions and client requirements.
• Prepare business development reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Support management in implementing business expansion and market development strategies.
