You will onboard virtually, check progress via Zoom, and help students confidently navigate the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support students throughout their end-to-end learning journey, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
• Conduct virtual onboarding and progress check-ins via Zoom.
• Help students confidently navigate the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Set clear, actionable goals and keep students accountable to achieve them.
• Identify students who may be at risk of falling behind and provide proactive support.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting when needed — IT experience is a plus.
