Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver online onboarding and large-group training for new hires. You will create engaging learning materials and refine recruitment workflows to help recruits start quickly and become productive.

You will evaluate training outcomes, summarize feedback, and translate SOPs into clear instructions. Occasional onsite work at assigned locations may be required to support live sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• 3-5 years experience in Training (Recruitment/HR Training a plus).
• Proficiency in online learning platforms and instructional design tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable training large groups online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups.
• Design, summarize and continuously enhance learning materials based on feedback.
• Process training evaluation and track performance after training.
