Qualifications

• Experience in a student services, administrative or secretarial role.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work remotely with time-zone coordination.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in student services or administration are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Student Services department.
• Schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for students via email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain student databases and ensure data protection compliance.
• Coordinate student support activities, including workshops and mentoring sessions.
• Assist with organising student events and engagement activities.
