Qualifications

• 2+ years in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or similar.
• Experience with LMS and online learning platforms.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience creating presentations and learning materials.
• Proficiency with Canva and Google Workspace tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new software and tools.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting online training or education programs is desirable.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding clients across learning and operations platforms.
• Process and publish coaching session recordings and materials.
• Design and update slide decks for workshops and courses.
• Support content formatting for digital delivery and training library updates.
• Assist with content research and organization for online delivery.
• Maintain LMS and internal learning resources; ensure accuracy.
• Produce weekly onboarding and learning operations reports.
• Communicate learning updates and manage client communications.
• Support learning platform administration and analytics.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
