Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• IT experience is essential; professional IT background preferred.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM data management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional student support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver senior support sessions to help students overcome challenges with course content.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to keep students motivated and progressing.
• Guide students through course completion and support them in achieving CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications.
• Facilitate small-group exam preparation sessions to strengthen knowledge and build exam confidence.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide proactive guidance and support.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide ongoing encouragement, accountability, and career-focused support.
