You’ll own cases from start to resolution, maintain accurate data, and help improve the customer experience across Australia-based clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers across voice, chat, email and data entry.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to analyse information and resolve issues accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns across chat, email and calls to resolution.
• Handle order management, data entry, and CRM data maintenance.
• Generate sales leads and validate prospects when appropriate.
• Set appointments and communicate service updates clearly.
• Maintain high data accuracy and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Provide regular activity reports and flag risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance CX.
