Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a Student Movement Coordinator in Manila to manage cohort transitions, ensure roster accuracy, and coordinate access permissions across systems. You will report payment status and work with internal teams to resolve entitlement issues, ensuring a smooth student experience.

The role requires careful attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects or incomplete units.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to learn enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage student movement between cohorts and ensure rosters reflect dropped, repeated, or returning students.
• Report payment status to Evolve Support to resolve access questions quickly.
• Monitor HESI course activity to identify nonpaying students and reenrollment with accurate payment.
• Partner with Delivery Operations on nonpaying student reporting to ensure access controls.
• Enable or disable student Evolve account access as needed.
• Maintain documentation of movement, payment exceptions, entitlement confirmations, and follow-up items.
• Escalate unresolved payment, access, or entitlement issues to internal stakeholders.
