Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year college completed with no back subjects/incomplete units.
• 1–2 years BPO experience.
• Above average to excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Jira is a plus; CRM experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud-based apps like Google Drive/Sheets/Docs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes assigned by client/management.
• Meet defined productivity targets and quality targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise.
• Report process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution.
• Create and finish projects assigned by the client.
