Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an RC Transport Coordinator to oversee truck arrivals/departures, optimize routes, and ensure on-time hub deliveries. You will coordinate with 3PL vendors, manage billing, and keep stakeholders informed while supporting RC operations with accurate documentation and problem solving.

The role requires leadership in warehouse or hub settings, plus experience in logistics and transportation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in transportation logistics; linehaul focus is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, truckers and drivers.
• Leadership experience preferably in a warehouse or hub.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work and administrative tasks in hub operations

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrival and departure effectively to reduce idle time.
• Develop optimal truck routing and maximize route efficiency and utilization while minimizing costs.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with 3PL vendors for day-to-day Ops.
• Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times, considering RC throughput and loading dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations
