Job summary

SPX Express seeks a capable Hub Operations professional to support day‑to‑day activities in a Manila hub. You will assist in inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management, while helping monitor KPI performance and drive efficiency across the hub.

You will also help prepare hub reports, support customer escalations, and coordinate with agency teams to ensure smooth operations across shifts. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Willing to work shift schedules and support hub ops.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
