Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an RC Transport Coordinator to optimize inbound parcel sorting and loading, schedule linehaul dispatches with 3PL partners, and ensure timely deliveries to Hub Operations.

You will coordinate truck arrivals/departures, create efficient routes, manage vendor relationships, handle payments, and support hub operations with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrivals and departures to minimize idle time.
• Develop optimal truck routing to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with 3PL vendors.
• Ensure truck availability for hub transport.
• Coordinate daily truck call times with throughput and dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.
