Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage truck deployment, route dispatch, and schedule execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor routes, coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and other stakeholders, and use Google Sheets and logistics software to generate actionable reports and improve productivity. Knowledge of regulations and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Experience in transportation logistics, with preference for linehaul.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Suites.
• Proficiency in logistics software and real-time tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring.
• Responsible for truck schedule, callouts and execution.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and stakeholders for route execution.
• Monitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routes.
• Execute optimized route schedules considering distance and time.
• Run simulations/models for productivity improvement.
• Generate reports and drive performance to excellence.
• Support cost-effective projects for SPX.
• Weekly and monthly review of truck attendance.
• Take on duties from Reporting Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
