Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an RC Coordinator to support day-to-day RC operations, including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation, inspection, and sorting of parcels to designated hubs.

You will assist in monitoring RC performance, preparing operational reports, and coordinating with agency partners and backroom staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are required; shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in a warehouse or hub setting.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; able to work with internal/external teams.
• Willing to shift work and adapt to cluster assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.
• Support monitoring of RC performance to ensure productivity and achievement of KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and external service providers.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.
