Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations role to support day-to-day hub activities in Manila, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will lead briefings, track KPI targets, and assist in reporting to ensure efficient hub performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in logistics with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub, and is proficient in MS Office. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefing and document meeting minutes.
• Support in monitoring Hub performance and KPI targets.
• Create, review and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators on agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks.
