JACSS Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions & Services, Inc. is seeking a Proposal and Tender Specialist in Quezon City to lead the preparation of capability statements, EOIs, and tender submissions.

You will coordinate content with Project Managers, Estimators, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant documents presented on time. The role emphasizes managing templates, maintaining the Supporting Information Library, and delivering polished materials across marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building and Construction tender management.
• Strong MS Office and graphic/document tools.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with bid/tender processes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end preparation of Capability Statements, EOIs, and tender submissions.
• Analyse tender specifications and translate requirements into structured responses.
• Develop written content with PMs, estimators, and technical teams.
• Prepare standardised responses for tender forms and compliance schedules.
• Edit and tailor staff CVs to align with project requirements.
• Oversee formatting, layout, and branding using InDesign, Word, and PDF tools.
• Coordinate final production, including PDF collation, printing, binding, and submission delivery.
• Prepare post-tender presentations for stakeholders.
