Job summary

ThinkBIT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Bidding Specialist in the Philippines to identify, analyze, and respond to RFPs/IFBs. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to craft compliant bid responses and manage end-to-end bid timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bidding or technical writing experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite. This role requires independent work in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of bidding, proposal management or technical writing experience.
• Experience in software/technology company preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear language.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track bidding opportunities from government portals, industry sites, tender notifications, etc.
• Analyze RFPs, IFBs, and other documents to understand requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, and terms.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, product development, legal, and finance to gather information and develop bid strategies.
• Develop a clear understanding of ThinkBIT Solutions' software products to articulate their value in bid responses.
• Ensure bid submissions comply with client requirements and company standards.
• Manage end-to-end bid process with timelines, tasks, and on-time submission.
• Facilitate review meetings to ensure accuracy and quality of bid materials.
• Conduct post-submission analysis to identify improvements and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and procurement best practices.
• Participate in pre-bid conferences and clarification sessions as needed.
