You will gather information across departments, develop compelling bid strategies, and craft executive summaries and technical responses. The role requires at least 2 years in bidding or technical writing, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex tech into clear language.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; four-year course.
• At least 2 years of bidding/proposal management or technical writing experience.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and common software solutions (SaaS, custom development, enterprise software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear language.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and track relevant bidding opportunities from sources like government portals and industry sites.
• Analyze RFPs, IFBs, and solicitation documents to understand requirements, scope, and terms.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, product, legal, and finance to develop bid strategies.
• Articulate value proposition of software products in bid responses.
• Write clear, concise proposal content including executive summaries, technical responses, and pricing justifications.
• Ensure bid compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Manage end-to-end bid process: timelines, tasks, progress tracking, on-time submissions.
• Lead review meetings with internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality of bid materials.
• Conduct post-submission analysis to identify improvements and best practices.
