Outsourcey, based in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Bid Manager to coordinate the full lifecycle of construction bids, prepare tender packages, and ensure on-time submissions. You will collaborate with estimators, project managers, procurement, and leadership to gather pricing and technical information, source subcontractor quotes, and maintain a robust bid pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bid management or tender coordination in construction.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contracts.
• Excellent organization with multiple bids and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of construction bids and tenders.
• Prepare and submit bid documents.
• Coordinate with estimators, PMs, procurement, and leadership.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes.
• Analyze drawings, specs, contracts to identify scope and risks.
• Maintain bid pipeline and records.
