Job summary

Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to support the Strategy & Growth team. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver tender and proposal submissions that are compliant and aligned with brand and client requirements.

You will manage APAC tender activities, coordinate inputs from multiple internal teams, and lead the development of core content such as project narratives, CVs, and case studies. A strong emphasis on collaboration and timely execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in proposals/bid/tender coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound knowledge of structure and format of proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Collaborative, proactive, and confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in proposals, bids, or tender coordination (construction or industrial services preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the APAC tender inbox for the Proposal Team, including registration, distribution, tracking of opportunities, and timely responses to client communications.
• Act as the central interface between internal teams and external stakeholders for bid lifecycle alignment.
• Lead the coordination, development, and delivery of high-quality tender and proposal submissions.
• Manage bid clarifications, addenda, and post-tender submissions with client responses where required.
• Develop and manage end-to-end proposal schedules with milestones and submission deadlines.
• Monitor and update tender portals and subscriptions for the company.
• Coordinate inputs from Pre-Contracts, commercial, operations, HSEQ, HR, and SMEs for consistency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain past performance content, including project profiles, case studies, and key delivery outcomes.
• Lead the development of core proposal content, including project narratives, CVs, organizational charts, and case studies.
• Support executive summaries with effective formatting and visuals.
• Ensure submissions meet branding, quality standards, and client requirements and are submission-ready.
• Manage version control, document naming conventions, and proposal workflows for accuracy and traceability.
• Support collation and integration of pricing documentation, ensuring alignment between commercial and technical submissions.
• Maintain and update proposal libraries, templates, and knowledge management systems.
