Percepta is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to deliver full-cycle recruiting for multiple sites. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, source candidates, and guide interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will engage with a broad network, leverage recruiting tech like TextRecruit, Enboarder, and ATS tools, and stay updated on labor regulations to ensure compliant recruiting practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing via social media and engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing success.
• Forecast staffing needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes and prescreen candidates for position fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Maintain and update job postings across platforms.
• Stay current with employment laws and Percepta policies.
