Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee large-scale recruitment campaigns in Manila, Philippines, with a hybrid work setup. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with Hiring Managers, and optimize processes to deliver qualified candidates on time.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in recruitment within a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder management, and experience using ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring environments focusing on corporate roles.
• 1–2 years of leadership or team lead experience in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring.
• Ensure the team meets weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting to onboarding.
