Job summary

Teleperformance in Metro Manila leads recruitment delivery, workforce planning, TA operations and team performance to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic hiring plans, managing a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional talent acquisition services across multiple business lines.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in recruitment; at least 3 in a leadership role.
Experience managing recruitment for international clients.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership: develop TA strategies for Operations hiring.
Recruitment Management: screening, assessment, selection and pre-boarding; monitor performance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership: partner with Service Delivery leaders and executives; provide market insights.
Team Leadership & Development: mentor TA team; build healthcare recruitment capability; ensure SLA/compliance.
TA Operations, Analytics & Compliance: oversee processes, reporting, dashboards, and budgets; ensure compliance.
Company Branding & Outreach: develop employer branding and collaborate with branding/marketing.
