Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role within BPO recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and labor market trends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sourcing team in identifying and attracting qualified candidates across various BPO roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and market mapping).
• Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams to understand workforce requirements and market trends.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and generate reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
